Observation

During onsite inspection, Licensor observed a cord to an air purifying machine, an television, printer, cable, entertainment conceals, cable boxes, and an oxygen tank air cord (for a household member) capable of forming a loop and accessible in the childcare area. (2)(c) During onsite inspection, Licensor observed the outlet in the bathroom near the handwashing sink is equipped with a standard Tamper Resistant out and does not meet the requirement of GFCI outlet or blank plated to make the outlet inaccessible.
